Wayfinder series: Episodes 1 & 2

Welcome to an exploration of Wayfinding.

In our work as career professionals, we're constantly finding inspiration from the stories people tell us about their career journeys. We think of The Career Development Company as our waka and wayfinding is how we navigate. We developed the RECI® model as our unique wayfinder solution. The story we're sharing here is in two episodes exploring the theme of wayfinding. In the first episode, successful business man and construction company owner Andrew talks about how he has navigated his work-life journey so far. In the second, he shares some of the real-life wayfinding he's experienced on an ocean-going waka and how the lessons learned apply in everyday life.
